DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

The name, address, and contact information provided at the time of order.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's online store at muleatherdesign.com.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

The essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, and delivery information are stated on the order summary page and in the confirmation email.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

The Buyer completes the payment using the method selected during checkout. Installment options for credit card payments are subject to the relevant bank's policies.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Products will be delivered to the Buyer's specified address within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days from order confirmation. This period may vary depending on stock availability and shipping conditions.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty. The withdrawal notice must be submitted through muleatherdesign.com or in writing.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Products prepared in accordance with the Buyer's request or personal needs (customized/made-to-order items)
• Products that cannot be returned by nature, are perishable, or may expire

ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Products to be returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. After inspection of the product, the refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days.

ARTICLE 8 – PRIVACY

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and is not shared with third parties.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Turkish law applies to any disputes arising from this agreement. Disputes may first be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and subsequently to the Consumer Courts.

ARTICLE 10 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

This agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order.
